What Should I Model to My Children?: Know You’re a Model

Consistency is key in fatherhood. In your home life, work life, church life, social life, and online life, you should be a model of consistent behavior to your kids. You must also understand the principle of sowing and reaping. The seeds you sow into your relationship with your children will determine what you reap in return. As Tony Dungy and I share in this video, you should always strive to be a worthy model of integrity, humility, empathy, and courage to your children.  Knowing that you’re a Model to your kids is one of the seven essential Ms to be a hero to your kids that I address in my new All Pro Dad book.
