Being a dad is my most important job. And, as in any job, we have to understand our mission and our goals for that job. An executive needs to understand the goals for his company. A head football coach needs to understand the mission for his team – coaches and players. So, as fathers, we too need to understand our mission of loving and leading our families well.
On today’s podcast episode, Detroit Lions Head Coach Jim Caldwell shares with us about his experience with his own All Pro Dad, how he lived by example and the foundation that laid for Coach Caldwell in his role as a father.
Remember; All Pro Dads are role models for their kids: Kids do learn so much more from what caught than taught. So let talk about how to be a role model and a good father to our kids.
